A high-energy Boston wedding with an 11 AM ceremony at Hampshire House, champagne hour, brunch, and an evening reception at Boston Distillery.
C + H did not do a typical wedding day, and that's exactly what made it so much fun. Their Boston wedding kicked off with an 11 AM ceremony at Hampshire House, and from the second they said "I do," the energy never dropped. These two were not worried about a perfect timeline or checking boxes. They wanted to soak up every minute with the people they love, and you could feel it all day. Guests went straight into a champagne hour full of hugs, laughter, and toasts, then sat down for a wedding brunch where everyone got to eat, relax, and actually catch up. C + H spent that time bouncing from table to table, and I'm not sure I ever saw either of them without a huge smile. With Hampshire House sitting right across from the Boston Public Garden, we had classic interiors and the city right outside for portraits, but some of my favorite photos from the morning are just them laughing with their friends and family.
After a break, the party picked right back up for a full evening reception at Boston Distillery. The industrial space gave the night a completely different feel, and it honestly felt like two celebrations in one day. If anyone was tired from the morning, it didn't show. The dance floor was packed from the first song, drinks were flowing, and C + H were right in the middle of it all night long. This is the kind of wedding I love photographing most, where the couple is fully present and the whole day is about enjoying each other and the people around them. If you're considering a morning wedding in Boston, this day is proof it works. C + H, thank you for letting me be your Boston wedding photographer.
